A Simple, but Successful History
The Roll’d concept started in 2012 with Bao Hoang’s appetite for his mum’s rice paper rolls, made with a recipe that has been passed down through generations. Teaming with with Tin Ly, his cousin, and Ray Esquieres, a school friend, Bao brought Vietnamese street food to Australia in a fresh, new way. The successful concept was franchised in 2014 to share the winning business model with eager franchisees.
Mouthwatering Vietnamese Delicacies
The menu at Roll’d is simple but chock full of Vietnamese goodies that customers would enjoy straight from the streets of Vietnam. From Bao – filled steamed buns, Goi – savoury salad, Com – broken rice, and the classic Pho – Vietnamese soup to the whimsically named Soldiers – rice paper rolls, the menu reflects old-school Vietnamese sensibilities with a modern Australian twist.
Cutomers can dine-in, take away, or even cater so that they can enjoy delicious food anytime, anywhere.
